Easter

Easter Sunday was last weekend, April 24th.  It turned out to be a really nice weekend weather wise, which was great!  It has been super rainy all month long.

The Easter Bunny brought Taylor a basket with crayons, coloring book, finger paints, sidewalk chalk, Bambi Blu-ray and a few Sesame Street books.

We spent the day at Nana & Grandpa Ford's with the Walker's, Great Grandma Ford and Uncle Mike.  We had a yummy lunch of ham, cheesy potatoes, asparagus and bunny cake for dessert (Jude's famous specialty!).

After lunch the kids got to open their presents from Nana & Grandpa - they each out an outside ball (Disney princesses for Taylor and Toy Story for Owen) and pillow pets (a pink bunny for T and a blue bear for O).  After presents, we went outside for an egg hunt!  I had put 2 M&M's in 2 dozen eggs and hid they in the flower bed.  The kids got the hang of it and had a blast finding the eggs!  After the egg hunt, they played in the front yard with their balls.  Tons of fun :)

Later that afternoon, Grandma & Grandpa Stephens stopped by with an Easter basket for Taylor.  She got a stuffed bunny, a couple of cute outfits and a few books.

It was a great holiday :)
